Professional experience

Systemically oriented, I have been working at the private level for years serving adults, couples and families. Previously, I have worked for seven years in three public Family Support and Family Guidance Centers, both in Castilla La Mancha and in the Community of Madrid, performing individual, couple and family therapy.

In addition, in these centers, I have developed extensive experience as a family mediator in a couple’s breakup, helping couples separate in the best possible way, taking care of their well-being and that of their children. Allowing them to reach totally personalized agreements, as beneficial as possible for their family.

My way of seeing therapy and mediation is to create a space where the person, couples or families feel comfortable, cared for, heard and not at all judged, where together we can find their own resources and the best way to use them, as well as Learn to manage your difficulties.

A space where a goal always prevails, finding a path of its own.

The courage is not in not asking for help and solving the difficulties only, if not in asking for it and facing them, finding the best way to solve them.
