Group Psychotherapy

This treatment modality is performed in a small group of 6 to 10 people and moderated by one or two specialized psychotherapists that facilitate the dynamics and development of the group. Duration of the sessions is 90 minutes.

The group aims to improve emotional health, relational skills and quality of life of the individuals in the group. The main asset of this treatment is to feel understood and on the same boat as others. Sometimes we can feel alone in our pain and group therapy helps by offering a space where you can be with others that have had or are having similar experiences. Through the acquisition of skills and thanks to the support of the group, individuals can get over their difficulties, overcome the objectives set in the group, autonomy and personal growth.

"Many hands, hearts and minds generally contribute to anyone's notable achievements"
