Family therapy is a space to improve the relationship within a family system. It provides an opportunity to express and explore difficult thoughts and emotions safely, to understand each other’s experiences and views and appreciate each other’s needs, Families go through several stages and crisis that can damage or fortify the bonds within them. All members in the family are part of the problem and solution to it. This is the reason why all are invited to collaborate in the process.
