Family mediation

Family mediation is an alternative system of conflict resolution that allows the parties to reach agreements with the help of an impartial and neutral third party. It strengthens cooperation and consensus among family members. It is a voluntary process in which the parties listen and collaborate to find the best possible solution to their difficulties, with flexibility and participation.

Regarding a judicial process, when using mediation services it can have less economic cost, less emotional wear, saves time and encourages responsibility and creativity of the parties. It brings a higher level of satisfaction and fulfillment. Family mediation encourages family members to find the resources to fix it.

"Communication is for relationships what breathing is for life"
